This is my darling, little niece, Riley. She was one of our little models for our Mama’s Gonna Snap Workshop a couple of weeks ago. This one of my favorites images I happened to snap during our practice time. And how cute is this darling baseball tee from Pow Wow Prints?? The top image is straight out of the camera at f/2.8, 1/400 sec & ISO 250. The bottom image is simply adding my signature matte look using Sarah-Beth Photography’s incredible actions. Voila!
Happy Tuesday, friends!
Happy Monday! I have cute babies with cute handmade lovelies to help you settle into a new week. This week’s feature is Alexandra Rose Handmade.
Alex is another super cool mama whose passion for handmade goodies was born out of a desire to make practical, fashionable, and high quality baby items after the birth of her first son. The twins started teething about 6 weeks ago, so these teething rings were a God-send. My boys have had issues with plastic baby things since day one. They refuse any & all plastic teethers, and I can’t blame them. I was on a mad search to help find them something to gnaw on that they would be happy with. I found Alex’s shop & I was in love. I couldn’t get them here quickly enough. These teething rings go EVERYWHERE with us. The best thing about these little things is that are organic & all-natural wood. No plastic products!
And check out these sweet “Train ‘em Up” tees from the sweetest gal, Tink & Key! Love her heart & her clothing!
This is, hands-down, the happiest family I have ever met in my life. These people exude joy. There are some sessions that I photograph, and mid-clicking, I can’t wait to get home & edit. This was one of those sessions. Everyone was excited to hang out & get their photos taken, especially Dad. Brad was amazing! He was one of the coolest dads I have had the privilege to work with. If dad is excited, the whole family will be excited. Brooke & Mia giggled the whole time, played together, and had a blast. You wouldn’t know that they were having their “official family photos” taken. This was just an opportunity for me to capture this family being who they are, which is fun, joyful & happy. It was a privilege to be the one to take their first family photos ever.
Thank you all for being such a joy to work with. I had such a fun time!
